What to Do If You Have Not Received Your Debit Card

Debit cards are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days after account opening.

Steps to Check Status

  1. Log in to Internet Banking.

  2. Navigate to Cards → Debit Card Status.

  3. Check the dispatch and delivery status.

If You Have Not Received the Card

  • Contact customer care

  • Visit the nearest branch

  • Request card reissue if needed

You may also receive courier tracking details via SMS or email once the card is dispatched.
